How the conversation started:

I had a discussion with Anvar, who was seeking assistance with Wix. Although I hadn’t used the platform before, I leveraged my experience with similar page builders. Our conversation naturally evolved into discussing strategies for launching and selling a new service.

Some advice about the website:

  • What is the purpose of your website? Define the main goal and objectives clearly.
  • Guide users to the information you want them to see. Ensure that the navigation is intuitive and directs users to key content efficiently.
  • Don’t assume users will understand everything intuitively. Use familiar elements and design patterns that users are accustomed to. For further insights into user experience, you can explore resources from NNGroup or use their search bar to find relevant articles.
  • Use CTAs (Calls to Action). Clearly define what actions you want users to take on your website and make these actions prominent.
  • Functional websites can be artistic too, but the primary focus should be on user experience and navigation.

Email marketing tools

  • Convertkit and Mailerlite if you want to create funnels. You can change the layout of the emails and create email sequences.
  • Substack if you just want to worry about writing. For content creators.

CRM’s (Customer Relationship Manager)

  • You can build your own with tools like Notion or Airtable, but you lose the functionality of tracking the emails sent, the calls you had…
  • The CRM that I use because it has everything integrated (Calendar booking, metrics, projects, tasks, automations, inbox…): Moxie

Booking calendar tools

Strategy to offer a new service

  • Offer a 50% discount on the first 5 slots. Use the reviews you receive as social proof on your website.

Payment gateways

  • Stripe (Available in Taiwan only if opening a LLC in the USA) and Lemon Squeezy (Recetly bought by Stripe)

Where to find LTD (Life time deals)

  • Appsumo – Many of the products they showcase are in the early stages of development, so when you purchase them, you’re investing in their potential to grow and evolve. While some turn out to be great deals, others may not succeed and could eventually fade away.
